Ordering & Delivery

How far in advance should I place an order?

For custom arrangements (single bouquets, dining-table pieces, gift florals), three days ahead is best. For events (birthdays, proposals, baby showers, anniversary dinners), one week minimum. For intimate weddings and ceremonies, 3–6 weeks is preferred — longer for peak season (May–October).

Where do you deliver?

For single-piece gift deliveries, we stay within an Irvine-centered Orange County footprint: Irvine (our home base), Newport Coast, Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, Costa Mesa, Tustin, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, and Lake Forest. For intimate weddings, business events, and Space Florals installations, we travel farther — including Los Angeles and eastern OC — on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Sometimes — for Irvine and Newport Coast addresses, when the inquiry and confirmation both happen before 12:00 PM Pacific Time. A rush fee applies. Same-day is not guaranteed; we'll confirm availability by text within 30 minutes.

What is your minimum order?

Custom arrangements start at $180. Event work is designed and quoted per request.

Do you take large weddings?

Not at this time. We focus on what a couple wears, holds, and sits beside — bouquets, sweetheart-table arrangements, ceremony details — and on intimate ceremonies. For full-scale wedding installations, we are happy to refer trusted partners.

How do I reach you? Can I call?

Text and email only — we do not currently take phone calls. Text is fastest for short questions and same-day requests; the request form is best for events, weddings, and any commission with venue, palette, and references to share.

About the Work

Can I request specific flowers?

Yes, though we work with what is genuinely beautiful in any given week. If a requested flower is not in peak condition, we'll let you know and propose alternatives with the same feeling.

Will my arrangement look exactly like a photo I saw?

No two Mira Fleur arrangements are ever identical. We design each piece individually — so while we can honor a reference photo's mood, palette, and composition, the final result will be one of a kind.

Do you handle Chinese cultural traditions and color customs?

Yes. We are experienced with Chinese wedding, memorial, and milestone traditions, including color symbolism, appropriate flowers for each occasion, and ceremonial formats. Please mention any traditions or customs in your inquiry.

Can you work to a brief for a photoshoot or brand activation?

Yes. We regularly collaborate with photographers, stylists, and brands. Share the brief and we'll respond with a design direction.

Logistics & Care

How do I keep my arrangement fresh?

We include a care card with every delivery. In general: keep flowers out of direct sunlight, away from air vents and fruit, change water every two days, and trim stems at an angle every few days.

Can I order flowers anonymously?

Yes. We handle card messaging, anonymity, and delivery timing with full discretion.

Do you work with businesses — hotels, offices, galleries?

In two ways. For ongoing relationships with a single space — a hotel lobby, an executive office, a gallery, a retail interior — we offer Mira Space Florals. Every space partnership begins with a Mira Space Preview: a two-week observation and a written report. Standing engagements begin at one quarter (three months), and we accept only two to three new space partners per quarter to keep the work attentive. For single-occasion work — a business dinner, a board meeting, a conference — we design and quote per event.

Do you ship nationally?

Not currently. Mira Fleur is a hand-delivered local service. Every arrangement is built on the day of delivery and driven to the recipient — shipping would compromise both.
