We respond within the same business day, by text, with a design direction, flower palette, and a transparent quote. For weddings and events, this includes a mood board and a written conversation — by SMS or by email, whichever is easier for you to share references on.
Once confirmed, your arrangement is built by hand on the day of delivery — never earlier. Before it leaves to be delivered, we text you a photo of the finished piece, so you know exactly what's arriving.
