Service & Replacement Policy

Flowers are a natural product, and they evolve over time. Each arrangement is built from seasonal materials and is intended to be enjoyed at its freshest upon delivery.

Returns

We do not accept returns once an arrangement has been delivered.

Freshness Concerns

If there is a concern with freshness on arrival, please reach out within 12 hours. We will review the situation and offer a suitable resolution based on its condition and circumstances.

Resolution

Depending on the situation, this may include a partial refresh, adjustment, or replacement of selected elements. Full replacements are not guaranteed.

Service Scope

Weekly floral service includes one scheduled delivery per week. Additional visits, mid-week refreshes, or special requests can be arranged separately.

Environment & Care

Flower longevity is shaped by environmental conditions. We cannot guarantee flower condition beyond our control — including, but not limited to, high temperatures, direct sunlight, air-conditioning exposure, or lack of water.

Subscription Changes

Any changes, pauses, or cancellations to subscription services require at least 48 hours' notice prior to the next scheduled delivery.

Availability

All designs are subject to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic and intention.
