A few small habits, to help the flowers last.
When the bouquet arrives, cut 1–2 cm from each stem at an angle and place it in a clean vessel of fresh water. Refresh the water every two days.
Keep them out of direct sun and away from heat and fruit — bananas and apples especially. Both quietly speed wilting.
With care, most blooms keep their form for 5–7 days. Hydrangeas and garden roses — the patient ones — can hold for ten days or more in the right spot.

Three days is typical — enough time to source and design well. Same-day delivery is possible when confirmed by 12 PM PT, with a rush fee for afternoon delivery. Next-day rush fees are disclosed upfront.

Yes. With three decades of hotel-trained practice behind us, we match palette, scale, and proportion closely. If a seasonal stem isn't available the day of, we'll let you know and substitute with one of equal or greater value and similar character.

Floral work is custom and perishable, so we don't accept returns once an arrangement has been delivered. If there's a freshness concern on arrival, reach out within 12 hours — we'll review and offer a partial refresh, adjustment, or replacement of selected elements as the situation calls for.
