When the flowers arrive, cut 1–2 cm from each stem at an angle and place them in fresh water. Refresh every two days.
Keep them out of direct sun, away from heat and fruit. With care, most blooms hold for 5–7 days; hydrangeas and garden roses can carry on for ten days or more.

The Limited Edition is pre-ordered and perishable, so we don't accept returns once an arrangement has been delivered. If there's a freshness concern on arrival, reach out within 12 hours — we'll offer a partial refresh, adjustment, or replacement of selected elements as the situation calls for.
